It was by chance that Graye and Asque became friends.
Asque always had a pissed-off face that had "get away from me" written all over it. Who'd want to be friends with a guy like that? Graye thought: Well, the punk did save me back there during the test and they say you shouldn't bite the hand and all that...
Forget it. Graye sighed as he sat facing the campfire. He glanced at Asque, face expressionless as he added more kindling. Graye thought: After all these years, Asque is still as taciturn as ever. But then again, it's nice having someone willing to listen to my stories. On the next quest, I'll bring him back another little gift.
